EPN is not currently accepting orders, card details or payment through this website. This page records the consumer information and checkout controls that must be completed before sales open.
Seller identity
Estate Planning Navigator is operated by Baljit Rihal as an independent educational publisher. Contact is currently available through the contact page.
A complete geographic trading address and any applicable company registration and VAT details will be added here and shown at checkout before EPN accepts a payment.
Products and prices
The products are downloadable PDF workbooks for personal use. The prices shown are £19 for Before You See a Solicitor, £29 for Helping Mum and Dad Get Organised, £49 for the Family Estate Preparation Pack and £69 for the Complete Estate Planning Guide Collection. The checkout will show the final total before an order is placed.
Delivery and compatibility
When connected, the checkout is intended to provide a payment confirmation and secure digital delivery by email or download link. Customers will need a device capable of opening standard PDF files. Printing is optional and depends on the customer's printer and settings.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
Before a customer receives immediate access, the checkout must require a clear, unticked choice asking the customer to request immediate supply and acknowledge the effect of supply beginning on the usual cancellation right. That acknowledgement must be included in the order confirmation. EPN will not rely on a blanket statement that digital products are non-refundable.
Statutory rights
Nothing in the final terms will restrict rights relating to digital content that is faulty, not as described or not supplied with reasonable care and skill. The final refund and remedy process will be displayed before payment.
Personal-use licence
A paid guide will be licensed to the original purchaser for personal household use. It may be printed for that use. It must not be uploaded, shared publicly, resold, republished, adapted or distributed without written permission, except where the law permits.
What the checkout will show
Before any paid button is activated, the selected checkout will be checked to make sure it shows the product description, final price, payment and delivery methods, immediate-supply consent, cancellation acknowledgement, confirmation email, order record, tax treatment and customer-support information correctly.
